Jan 2010 through Dec 2010 Keystone closed two antique shops and
significantly phased down three other shops
for a floor loss of 8,500 sq. ft.  However, it
opened eight other shops for a gain of 11,900
sq. ft.  For the year ending 2010, Keystone
has a net gain of 3,400 sq. ft.

Because of a continuing weak economy causing
people to have less disposable income, the past
year, like 2009, has been a period of unusually
high contraction and expansion.  Keystone now
has 17 shops in 11 states.  The sites of these
shops range from small display areas of less than 200 sq. ft. in three shops to over 4,000 sq. ft. in five other shops.  At the end of 2010, Keystone
has two full tractor trucks in the U.S.and two full tractor trucks in Canada as a reserve.  To
display each truck, a floor space of 2,500 sq.ft.
is required for warehouse type display and 5,000 sq. ft. is required for room setting display.  The total retail floor space Keystone has at the end of 2010 is 43,400 sq. ft.

The short term goal for Keystone is to end the
2011 year with 19 shops in 12 states with a total floor space of 50, 000 sq, ft.  The long term goal
for Keystone is to sell 90% of its corporate
shares for 1.65 million dollars (USD) and for Mr. Paul Cicon to work for the new majority
shareholders for a period of up to 10 years.
